usiluji o živnostenský list dodavatelským způsobem,krom jiných nezbytností mám navíc jednu starost,vzhledem k málo rokům praxe nemohu mít §8 a tak se za mne musí někdo zaručit,to by nebyl problem,ale dnes jsem se dozvěděl, že se zaručitelem musim sepsat bud dohodu o dílu nebo dohodu o provedení práce.Co má taková dohoda vše obsahovat a co to přináší za starost osobě která to se mnou sepisuje?super by bylo kdyby mi někdo dokázal poslat nějaký muster,díky :P
